An archival documentary made under the guidance of Oscar award-winning editor, Purcell Carson, What's In a Name? details the legacy of the Hedgepeth-Williams School—the first middle school to be desegregated pre-Brown v. Board of Education—by observing the creative process of the school's annual theatre project detailing this very history.
Students were writing their own scenes while engaging in local history lessons about their city, Trenton, NJ.
